Doug guides Spigit’s Fortune 1000 customers through strategic implementation sessions, and designs programs to raise innovation competency throughout the company while delivering measurable business outcomes. Prior to joining Spigit, Doug was an analyst at Forrester Research where he launched and led Forrester’s coverage of open innovation and co­creation for product strategy professionals. He also served as Chief Research Officer at Innovation Excellence where he designed and launched the Innovation Excellence Research business line.
